This workshop highlights a judicious blend of modules from our most popular courses and features the use of the psychometric tool Insights Discovery, an evaluation tool that reveals the different personality styles and is perfect for use in employee and teamwork development.
Before the course each participant completes the 25-question evaluator from which their individual personality profile is produced. The profile is an integral and essential part of the course material and is a very popular and useful take-home document.
