INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Individual coaching sessions often result from the in-depth needs analysis in order to resolve particular situations. We favour this approach when the training needs engender a personal or confidential aspect. One-on-one coaching can also complement a group training session.

This formula offers the further advantage of being flexible and adaptable to any situation or specific problem.

We suggest the following steps for coaching sessions:
Evaluate the situation.
Coach management and/or your employees on an individual basis.
Develop and implement an action plan.
Follow up on the results.
