KAREN DIAZ, M. Ed

Karen has twenty-five years experience as a leadership development and organizational learning consultant. A dynamic educator, her expertise lies in creating and delivering programs on diversity, intercultural leadership, change management and strategic planning. Her international experience has given Karen insight and appreciation of the cultural challenges individuals face in a work environment and in organisations, around the globe! She has worked in the public and private sectors across Canada, as well as internationally, in Central America, the Caribbean, India and the Russian Federation.

Karen holds a Master’s in Education from McGill University. She is a part-time faculty member at McGill's Career and Management Department, where she teaches a Global leadership course entitled "Transcultural Leadership."  She is certified in both MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and Insights Discovery.
